The La Pavoni Europiccola ERO  features a 0.8 lt watertank/boiler capacity. This will allow for an average 8 espresso shots or 8 cups. Steam delivery is consistant for up to 10 minutes for frothing tasty cappuccino or lattes.

The La Pavoni Professional PRO  is a larger watertank/boiler at a capacity of 1.6 litres. The larger capacity is ideal for barista style quality and larger demand in volume, perfect for entertaining. The larger boiler allows for a longer steam delivery time of over 15 minutes. Attach the included Autofrother for making several cappuccinos or use the steam wand and froth like a pro. The Professional also features a boiler pressure guage to assist in pulling the perfect espresso shot.
