Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts Return Policy
Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts inspects all products prior to shipping. All small appliances (including coffee machines) are individually tested, primed and programmed prior to shipping in order to ensure quality control. (This is the reason that you may find coffee residue inside new machines.)
All Returns must be pre-approved by Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts PRIOR TO RETURN SHIPPING. Please do not ship back product without written confirmation from our customer service department.
Return Process
Some products offered by Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts are covered by a third party and/or manufacturer/vendor warranty.
We ask that you do not return (ship) products to Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts prior to contacting Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts. We reserve the right to not accept any returns without authorization. We will provide you with instructions as to where to ship and return products. (Any required shipment costs and/or related expenses will be borne by you.) Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts will not pay for any related shipping/couriering costs/expenses unless agreed otherwise by Northwest kitchenware.
Appliances:
Make sure you retain all original packaging of product (machine). Appliances/machines should be cleaned and repackaged properly. Securely pack items and seal package. Attach From/To Labels to the package. Remove any other shipping labels.
Should you return appliances without original packaging and parts (including instruction booklets) you will be charged.
Please return your product via UPS and insure the shipment for its full value as you are responsible and liable for the return shipment.
All merchandise that does not have a warranty by a third party and/or manufacturer/vendor, is sold on an “As Is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts shall have no liability for loss and/or damage arising out of or connected with the merchandise, including, any claims for incidental or consequential damages regardless of any warranty included with the product.
Please contact our office within 10 days of shipment received so we may address your concerns in a prompt and orderly fashion.

Shipping Damage
Please note that we insure all our product shipments with UPS. Please inspect your package when you receive it from UPS. If you notice any damage from shipping (inspect the shipping box when you receive it for dents etc.)
Please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy.
Please call UPS immediately at 1-800-742-5877 and report the damage. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, etc...)As UPS will come to inspect the package. Please also contact Northwest Kitchenware and Gifts to notify that your product (machine) was damaged in transit.
