 Northwest Kitchen and Gifts – No morning is complete without a great cup of coffee and the machines it produces are fully automated from grinding the beans to a perfect cup of espresso. At first blush is can seem like a bigger investment, but I recommend it for any client that likes coffee. It pays for itself because since I have had one, my local Starbucks almost never sees me – unless to meet up with a friend.

  I was having issues with my Saeco coffee maker. I bought it here for service and as opposed to charging me an arm and leg for work and parts, he spent some time and fixed it on the spot. They care about their customers.

 So after taking my machine back and forth to another Saeco service centre in Toronto with no success of repair, i finally found my Go- To- Store! The service is top notch and they did'nt B.S. me on the costs of repair. I ended buying their Premium espresso coffee to take home and it is delicious! I browsed the huge selection of espresso machines (Most i've ever seen in one store)  while sampling some of their espresso blends. Highly Recommend to All!!

I was having problems with my Saeco espresso machine (my kids like to touch what they are told not to) so I brought it in to have it looked at. Not only did someone carry my machine in for me, there was tasty cappuccino waiting for me. Within minutes they were able to show me what was wrong, corrected it, even cleaned it and loaded me back up in my car! That’s great service! Thanks Northwest Kitchenware!

I went looking for a coffee system for my business last week. Walked into The Northwest Kitchenware in Market Lane Vaughan and had to put this review in for the great service. I was impressed with the level of service and knowledge of the staff. They have a vast selection of high end quality systems as well as simple to use products. I was recommended a lever system with many advantages. I did not know there is such an art and culture to great coffee making. I learned a lot and left impressed. The service was attentive and very knowledgeable. It's hard to go anywhere in a single visit and be this satisfied. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will recommend this place to everyone.

We love our espresso machine, we use it everyday. When it started to leak I was dreading taking it in for service for many reasons, what was I going to do without my machine while it was getting serviced, will it be too expensive to fix. We were pleasantly surprised, was very reasonable price, which included service and parts and the machine was only gone for an hour.  I recommend Northwest Kitchen ware.
