Northwest kitchenware offers a Premium Shipping and Delivery Service with the co-operation of Canada Post.

All items are inspected and or tested prior to shipping to ensure quality control.

All items shipped with Northwest kitchenware have insurance applied to ensure optimal coverage of your purchase.

Once shipped, we will provide you with your Canada Post tracking number.

All items shipped require signature upon delivery.

Coupons or promotions for Shipping does not appy to open box/ Demo or refurbished model products unless specified on item description.

Any free shipping only offered in Canada in conjunction with item promotion only as specifiied at time.

Curbside Pick Up Option

Orders can be placed for contactless Curbside Pick up. Upon checkout please select "Pick Up" at store location. You will be contacted by telephone to the phone number you have provided for confirmation of order and pick up schedule. Items purchased for pick up will not be released prior to confirmation. Upon confirmation you will be provided instructions on how to proceed.

Valid photo ID must be provided at time of pick up. ID information must correspond to order information for valid pick up. If ID information is invalid, purchase will not be released.

Same Location Shipments

Product(s) Pick Up is Available at Vaughan Showroom/ Store Location.

Outside of Ontario within Canada
Product(s) will be shipped via Canada Post Ground Service unless determined otherwise by Northwest kitchenware.
Shipping charges are calculated and determined by the weight of package and postal code (distance traveled)

Shipping Damages
Please note that we insure all our product shipments with Canada Post. Please inspect your package when you receive it from Canada Post. If you notice any damage from shipping (inspect the shipping box when you receive it for dents etc.)

Please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy.

Please call Canada post immediately at 1-866-607-6301 and report the damage. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, etc...)As Canada Post will require to inspect the package. Please also contact Northwest Kitchenware at 905-851-0335 to notify that your product (machine) was damaged in transit and/or has a defect.
