All new items sold are covered by their manufacturers warranties. Duration of warranty is specified by manufacturer. Any manufacturer defects should be reported emediately to the manufacturer in question. Any physical damage /defects should be reported to Northwest Kitchenware upon purchase. Northwest kitchenware provides in-house warranty repair coverage on specific brands for espresso coffee machines. Please refer to service center page for list of brands.
Product listing on this site should include the warranty period. If warranty period is not indicated on this site, please refer to the manufacturer for verification.
Please note: Any product opened / disassembled or attempted repair by the cunsumer during the product warranty period will automatically void any warranty coverage expressed or implied. Any product and/or its components defects during the warranty period must be returned to our service center for coverage.
Refurbished/ Used items are sold with a "Limited Warranty" that covers labor charges but does not include cost of replacement parts. Any replacement parts are to be paid by the customer. Duratrion of Limited Warranty is specified at time of purchase and is based on age and condition of item at time of purchase.
All Refurbished/used items can be tested at time of purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
Open Box/ Display models: Include complete manufacturer warranty at time of purchase and will be honored in-store or by manufacturer directly, depending on item.
