Aulika Evo is the latest and brightest addition to the Saeco range of professional OCS coffee machines.

The Aulika Evo range is characterised by innovative technological solutions and a clean and elegant design, with a particular black-blue glossy finish of the dispensing area, which make these machines much appreciated in all professional locations. 

To all this, Aulika Evo Top adds a capacitive interface with backlit photographic icons, that make it easy to select the desired direct-to-cup beverage.

Additionally, the dispenser area now sports a blue and white LED lighting to underscore the various phases of the brewing and confer another touch of style.

Besides its aesthetic appeal, Aulika Evo Top also offers top performance. Especially large water, coffee beans and coffee grounds tanks and the double hydraulic circuit ensure a smooth service without interruptions. For very high consumption requirements there is also an Aulika Evo Top version that can be connected directly to the water supply system.

One Touch cappuccino and latte macchiato and with the High-Speed Cappuccino function both the coffee and the foamed milk can be delivered simultaneously, thus reducing the waiting and at the same time preserving the incomparable characteristics of an Italian cappuccino.

The exclusive, completely automatic Pinless Wonder cappuccinatore guarantees the perfect milk foam at the right temperature for milk-based beverages.

Cleaning and maintaining of the Aulika Evo Top is easy, thanks to the Maintenance Accessories Package supplied with the machine. The package includes a water filter, lubricating grease, the cleaning powder for the milk circuit and the cleaning tablets for the brewing unit.
